1. write 12 measures of music

2. your introductory 4 measures must contain no pitch, they must be comprised of rhythmic/textural/spacial sounds only

3. in the final mix, i will fade your first 4 measures in over the last four measures of the person in front of you, acting as a bridge to smooth the transition from their part to yours

4. please use these drum sounds

5. use this sample as the basis of your harmonic structure, at the bare minimum placing it on the downbeat of the 5th measure.  The chord should be at its original pitch here to keep some consistency in the song.

7. you can have any reverb tails extend past your section to smooth the transition, but i may trim them if they interfere too much

8. 135 bpm is the tempo

9. 4/4 is the time signature
